Togetherness

Togetherness, an original oil/acrylic on museum board, 22 x 30 inches (55.9 x 76.2 cm), is an original work by Yuroz in his “Yuroz Lovers, the Bright and Bold Series”.

Using pure and strong colors applied aggressively to create a sense of an explosion in the canvas, this series has traces of fauvism characterized by bright colors and fierce brushstrokes.

In most ancient cultures, the color gold signified the sun and the spirit of God.  Giotto, changed that using radiant blue to represent heaven and eternal existence.

This couple in Togetherness, leaned against each other, holding their offerings, looking outside of Yuroz canvas, against a yellow and blue background symbolizes a unifying and expansive feeling of unlimited possibilities.
