Lovers’ Melodies, the Jazz Collection by Yuroz

Lovers’ Melodies, an original acrylic/oil on canvas 48×48 inches (122 x 122 cm), is an original work by Yuroz in his “Jazz Collection”.  For more in this series go HERE to view.

The male holds his guitar high, serenading his lover with a triumphant energy, hopeful, and proud as he invites his female to celebrate with him.  The female relaxes against her lover, with her sensual body and her eyes full of admiration.  A vase is placed in between the lovers, symbolizing a woman’s womb, as it provides the environment for seeds and flowers to thrive, a reminder of possibilities yet to come. 

Yuroz presents a contrast, with straight lines in the background against the woman’s curvy body that echoes the curves of the man’s guitar as the male strums his instrument with no strings, and the female contemplates his invite in Lovers’ Melodies.
